We were looking for a professional graphics designer who has a CSS knowledge as we have a pre-built web application with ugly user interface. One of our main requirement is that there should be no change -or minimum change- in HTML (all changes should be applied in CSS files only). We tried several times with different designers; however, maintaining the CSS files was a difficult for designers. Untill we recently handled the project to Lidia. We got a professional looking and clean interface within the scheduled plan. Lidia tested the new design in different browsers to ensure the compatibality.
